About this release
Sisyphean Life is the fourth full-length album by Dutch grindcore band Suffering Quota. Inspired by the myth of Sisyphus, the record explores repetition, exhaustion, depression and the struggle to find meaning within an unrelenting cycle. Its twelve tracks combine the urgency of grindcore with crust-influenced heaviness, using dense riffs, sustained aggression and recurring musical ideas to reflect the album's themes of endless effort and return.
